Four New Podcasts Cover the Spiritual Principles, Step Twelve, and Resources to Carry the Message

OA has released four new podcasts to help and inspire OA members to carry our message of recovery to newcomers, still-suffering compulsive eaters, and the public. Recorded at World Service Business Conference 2025, ”Living the Principles to Carry the Message” parts 1 and 2 and “Available Resources to Carry the Message” parts 1 and 2 are now available for download or streaming.

”Living the Principles to Carry the Message” part 1 is led by Alan B. who introduces four questions:

  1. How are OA’s Spiritual Principles important in your recovery?
  2. What Principles have you embraced in your personal life?
  3. Which Principles have helped you the most in carrying the message?
  4. What Principles have you found challenging to put into practice in all areas of your life?

and shares his experience strength and hope. Part 2 is led by Amodini who continues with her share and lessons learned about applying the Principles in her recovery.
