“Framily Share” Workshop

The “Framily Share” is a concept within the Overeaters Anonymous (OA) Creative Reprieve community. It refers to meetings or events where fellows share their Experience, Strength, and Hope through the lens of their “joyful pursuits.”
Instead of focusing solely on food behaviors, the share concept centers on the positive, creative, and joyful activities members use as part of their spiritual recovery. Fellows share about their hobbies, passions, and creative outlets—such as art, writing, music, or other activities—and how these pursuits help them build a life of joy and abstinence.
